Please be informed that MIDA has revised their forms pertaining to applications for Manufacturing Licenses, Tax Incentives, Expatriate Posts and Duty Exemption on Machinery and Raw materials.
With effect 2 Feb 2007, companies should submit their applications to MIDA through these forms. However, MIDA will allow a two-month grace period for this transition to take place. Therefore, would still accept applications made via their existing forms until 31 March 2007.
The revised application forms can be downloaded from their website at www.mida.gov.my under the section, Forms and Guidelines.
